Welcome. I am an employment law attorney. I represent employees and a limited number of small employers. The focus of my employment law practice is helping clients find realistic solutions to workplace legal issues through advice, counseling, training, negotiation, settlement and, where necessary, litigation.

       Before he became one of our most famous Presidents, Abraham Lincoln was one of the most sought after lawyers in the State of Illinois and was considered by his peers as one of the top litigation attorneys in America. But, the key to Lincoln's success as a lawyer was not his won-loss record (his winning percentage was ordinary, at about 50%) or which side of the Bar he practiced on; it was his willingness to represent any party on any side of a legal matter.
